Military personnel can call free from BWI on Friday

The Call Home for the Holidays mobile satellite van will stop at Baltimore-Washington International Airport on Friday to give U.S. troops passing through the airport the opportunity to make free phone calls to family members and loved ones anywhere in the world.

The holiday calling effort is sponsored by United Service Organizations of Metro Washington and AT&T Government Solutions. The van also will give away calls this week at four military bases and at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington.

Calls at BWI can be made from the USO International Gateway Lounge at the International Pier, on the lower level.
