Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southern District

Assault: Police were seeking the person who threw a snowball from the Waterview Avenue overpass above Russell Street about 6 p.m. Friday. The snowball struck a Honda and shattered the vehicle's windshield. The driver, a 33-year-old Silver Spring man, was not injured.

Western District

Shooting: Fernandez Haliburton, 43, was walking in the 2700 block of Baker St. about 6:30 p.m. Saturday when an unknown assailant shot him in the abdomen. Haliburton was treated at University of Maryland Medical Center.

Eastern District

Robbery/arrest: A man was arrested late Friday and charged with robbing another man of $55 at gunpoint moments earlier in the 2300 block of Harford Road. Charged with armed robbery was Terry Leverett, 26, of the 2100 block of Aiken St.

Robbery: Two men were walking in the 1400 block of N. Montford Ave. about 2:30 a.m. Saturday when they stopped a man, 45, and asked him for a match. Before he could respond, one of the pair struck him in the face and robbed him of $50.

Southwestern District

Shooting: A 30-year-old motorist was stopped in the 3000 block of Patapsco Ave. about 11 p.m. Friday when an unknown man shot him in the left side. The victim drove himself to St. Agnes HealthCare, where he was in good condition. No arrest was made.

Baltimore County

Woodlawn Precinct

Assault/arrests: Two brothers, both of the 3300 block of Offutt Road in Randallstown, were arguing with another man outside a Popeye's restaurant in the 8500 block of Liberty Road about 6:15 p.m. Saturday when one brother, Ricardo Alleyne, 18, was cut on the right arm and left leg, and the other, Andre Scott, 23, was cut on the leg, with a box cutter. The third man, Lovell D. Banks, 19, whose address was not available, was struck with a piece of metal. Arrested and charged with first-degree assault were Scott and Banks. Alleyne was treated at Sinai Hospital.

Parkville Precinct

Robbery: A man, 44, was talking on a pay phone in the 7300 block of McClean Blvd. about 10 p.m. Saturday when two men, one armed with a handgun, robbed him of $21.

Franklin Precinct

Robbery: Police were seeking a man who robbed Blockbuster Video in the 1500 block of Reisterstown Road of an undisclosed sum of money about 11 p.m. Friday while implying he was armed with a handgun.
