December 06, 2003

Louise Williams, a marketing research analyst, died Thursday of non-Hodgkins lymphoma at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis. The Beverly Beach resident was 56.

Born Louise Miller in Baltimore, she graduated from Seton High School in 1965, went to work as an executive assistant for the B&O Railroad and married Gary Williams.

Mrs. Miller moved with her husband to the Annapolis area, where she worked for Arinc Inc., a transportation communications and systems engineering company, for the past 25 years. Five years ago, she bought a house in Beverly Beach, where she had often vacationed as a child, said her brother, John Miller of Hanover, Pa.

An avid gardener, she had two dogs and was known for organizing charity drives, her brother said.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Hardesty Funeral Home, 12 Ridgely Ave. in Annapolis. Besides her brother, Mrs. Williams is survived by a son, Jon Williams of Annapolis. Her marriage ended in divorce.
