The Upper Western Shore Tributary Team and representatives from the Maryland Department of Natural Resources will seek public comment on plans to restore the Chesapeake Bay and improve water quality in the regional watershed at a meeting scheduled from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the Fallston Middle School cafeteria, Route 152 and Carrs Mill Road.
The Upper Western Shore watershed consists of Harford County; the Gunpowder watershed, including Loch Raven and Prettyboy reservoirs, Middle River and Bird River; the Octoraro watershed in Cecil County; and the Susquehanna River.
