On November 22, 2003, DAVID ROY MULLINS of Edgewood, beloved husband of Carol Ann Mullins; devoted father of Charles and Anthony Mullins; and dear brother of Helen Taylor, Mary Starr, Wanda Michalski, John Plummer, and Kenneth Mullins. A Memorial Service will be held at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel - Bel Air, 3 Newport Drive (Routes 23 and 24 - Forest Hill) on Saturday 1 PM. Interment will be private.
