Renegade names Walker a VP, creative director

Renegade announced the appointment of Dan Walker as vice president and creative director of the Hunt Valley-based marketing communications firm. He is responsible for the creative development of marketing and ad campaigns of clients and the firm and its subsidiary companies. A graduate of George Washington University, he was formerly creative director with Marco Advertising.

Columbia Bank promotes Marasco to assistant VP

The Columbia Bank appointed Christopher G. Marasco as an assistant vice president in its commercial banking division. He will develop and maintain relations with small-to-medium companies in the Baltimore-Washington area. With the bank since 2000, the Elkridge resident is a graduate of the University of Baltimore and is active in several professional and community organizations.


Patton Harris Rust hires Braks, Peckham

Patton Harris Rust & Associates, the Columbia-based engineering, planning and landscape architectural firm, named Stephen M. Braks a senior project manager and Pamela Peckham as a right-of-way negotiator.

Braks, who earned his master's degree from the Johns Hopkins University, will direct and manage engineering design work on water and wastewater facilities. Peckham, a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, will arrange access for the firm's utilities clients and for company access for road and streetscape improvement projects.

Peter J. Fanara joins Geo-Technology Associates

Geo-Technology Associates announced that Peter J. Fanara has joined the Annapolis Junction-based geotechnical and environmental engineering firm as an associate. He will perform studies, investigations, engineering reviews and coordinate field and laboratory activities for clients in Southern Maryland and Northern Virginia. A graduate of the State University of New York, Buffalo, he is pursuing a master's degree at Old Dominion University.

NAI-KLNB hires Gallagher as lease administrator

NAI-KLNB Management named Kelly Gallagher to the staff of the Baltimore-based commercial real estate services firm as a lease administrator. She will work with the firm's accounting and management teams in the preparation of leases, the processing of lease invoices and administration of related financial functions. A resident of Catonsville, she was formerly with Perkins Commercial Management Co.
