GRIZZLIES: Activated G-F Dahntay Jones. Placed F Theron Smith on injured list with back spasms.

WARRIORS: Waived F Dan Langhi.


IDAHO: Announced that contract of football coach Tom Cable will not be renewed.

KANSAS STATE: NCAA suspended F Dramane Diarra indefinitely and C Cartier Martin for three games for eligibility questions.

COLLEGE OF NOTRE DAME: AWCC named Corrinne Greenwood (Fallston) co-Most Outstanding Player in field hockey and named Greenwood, D Mandy Bathras (Chesapeake) and M Natalie Beck (Arundel) to first team and F Kathy Baran (Perry Hall) and F Lori Baran (Perry Hall) named to second team.

WILMINGTON (DELAWARE): Signed following women's soccer players to letter of intents: Amanda Beasley (Aberdeen), Heather DiBlasi (Joppatowne), Nicole Hays (C. Milton Wright), Allison Killian (Cecil CC) and Christina Knight (C. Milton Wright).
