MADISON, N.J. - Derek Swanner scored in the 16th minute to give Drew University a 1-0 victory over Salisbury in the NCAA Division III men's soccer quarterfinals yesterday, sending the Rangers to their first final four.

The victory extended Drew's NCAA-record shutout streak to 17. The Rangers (20-1-2) haven't allowed a goal since a 2-1 loss at Elizabethtown on Sept. 17.

Tyler Brisk had an assist on Swanner's goal, and Drew goalkeeper Peter Boyer made two saves to preserve the team's 21st shutout of the season.

Jason Cranford made six saves for the Sea Gulls, who finished their season at 17-3-2.
