Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Arrest: A Baltimore County man was arrested early Monday in the stabbing Sunday night of Housing Authority Police Officer Kareem Walker and another man outside a Knights of Columbus Hall in the 600 block of S. Highland Ave. Walker, who was off duty, was escorting an uninvited person from a party when he was stabbed in the neck. Sean Markley, 26, was attempting to aid Walker when he was stabbed in the left side. Charged with two counts of first-degree assault and possession of a deadly weapon was Jermaine Johns, 19, of the 5800 block of Gwynn Oak Ave.

Eastern District

Shooting: Richard Kelly, 30, of East Baltimore was jogging in the 2000 block of Harford Road about 9 p.m. Tuesday when a gunman demanded his money. When Kelly told the gunman he didn't carry money while jogging, he was shot in the right shoulder. He was in good condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Central District

Theft: A cellular phone, videocassette recorder, clothing, a 13-inch television and 80 compact discs were stolen Monday from a 1999 Ford Explorer in the 200 block of E. Pratt St.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Vandalism: Someone scratched the sides of nine vehicles parked on Chattuck Court on Saturday.

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: An employee of Jilly's Bar in the 1000 block of Reisterstown Road was emptying trash behind the building about 10 p.m. Sunday when a gunman robbed him of $62.
