On Monday, November 10, 2003, AUSTIN S. LITVAK, M.D., age 69, of Phoenix, MD; beloved husband of Carolyn A. (nee Miller) Litvak; devoted father of Anthony Litvak, of Colorado, and the late Gregory Litvak; loving son of Patricia Litvak, of West Palm Beach, FL.; brother of Stephen Lake, M.D., of California. Also survived by two grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, November 18, at 2 P.M., at the family owned Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, 2325 York Road, Timonium. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
