Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Arrest: A man charged with the fatal shooting Oct. 26 of two men sitting in a car near Herring Run Park was arrested Tuesday near his home by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force. Charged in warrants with first-degree murder is Johnny Garrison, 29, of the 600 block of W. Franklin St. The victims of the shooting in the 4100 block of Eierman Ave. were Damione Proctor, 32, of the first block of Russern Court, Baltimore County, and Barry Jones, 32, of Columbia, S.C.

Western District

Robbery/arrest: Sharon Scott, a state prisons officer, was robbed at knifepoint of $15 Wednesday night in the Fireside Lounge in the 2000 block of W. North Ave. Acting on information, Police Officer Daniel Meehan arrested Andre Morris, 30, at his nearby home in the 2100 block of Walbrook Ave. and charged him with armed robbery.

Burglary: A laptop computer valued at $1,200 was stolen Tuesday from a house in the 1900 block of W. Saratoga St.

Robbery: A man, 42, was walking past an alley in the 1900 block of N. Smallwood St. about 10 p.m. Wednesday when a gunman robbed him of $18 worth of state lottery tickets.

Central District

Robbery: The doorman was standing outside Club Bunns in the 600 block W. Lexington St. about 11:15 p.m. Wednesday when four men, one with a handgun, forced him inside and robbed him of $100.

Robbery/arrests: Two men were arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 400 block of W. Fayette St. and charged with robbing a man of his jewelry nearby moments earlier. Arrested by Officer Ryan Holliday were Clayton Drummond, 36, of the 800 block of N. Fulton Ave., and Darron Lomax, 42, of the 2600 block of Lauretta Ave. Some of the property was recovered.

Southern District

Theft: A 5,500-watt generator valued at $652 was stolen Wednesday from a shed in the 1900 block of W. Patapsco Ave.

Baltimore County

Towson Precinct

Stolen car/arson: A 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee reported stolen Tuesday was found later that day burning in the 1200 block of Clearview Road.

Garrison Precinct

Burglary: Someone broke into Serenity Barn in the 300 block of Main St. early Wednesday and stole a combination television-VCR, stereo speakers, 24 purses, 78 T-shirts and cash.

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a man, 35, of his wallet, $20 and a backpack containing personal property as the victim walked along Kovada Court about 10 p.m. Tuesday.
