Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Arrest: Willis Lee Booker, 30, of the 5700 block of Sefton Ave., was arrested Tuesday in the 3000 block of White Ave. by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a charge of first-degree murder. He is accused in the stabbing of Jamall Hill, 23, of the 1700 block of Nome St. on Oct. 27 in the 5500 block of Belair Road.

Southeastern District

Shooting: Larry Cypress, 27, was talking to a man outside a bar in the 200 block of S. Broadway late Tuesday when the man shot him in the upper left leg and left knee. Cypress ran back into the bar to say he had been shot, then ran to his home on Herring Court, where his girlfriend called police. He was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Central District

Theft: Fifteen compact discs, a board game and cash were stolen Tuesday from a vehicle in the 400 block of W. Lombard St.

Eastern District

Shooting/arrest: Kevin Bass, 26, and his girlfriend were arguing early yesterday in their home in the 1700 block of Aisquith St. when Bass was shot in the left chest. He was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital. Arrested and charged with attempted murder was Ava Walker, 27. A loaded gun was recovered at the scene.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a Foot Locker store in the 8600 block of Pulaski Highway of an undisclosed sum about 11:20 a.m. Tuesday.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered the rear yard of a house in the 1200 block of Deanwood Road on Tuesday and stole a wheelchair.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: Ten cases of beer and two cases of crab meat were stolen Tuesday from a freezer outside Patrick's Restaurant on Cranbrook Road.

Burglary: Jewelry, two silver serving bowls and coins - all valued at $22,600 - were stolen Tuesday from the master bedroom of a house in the 500 block of Hampton Lane.

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: Police were seeking two men who robbed Blockbuster Video in the 1500 block of Reisterstown Road of more than $200 about 11:30 p.m. Monday.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: A man, 23, was walking in the 6000 block of Liberty Road about 5 p.m. Tuesday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of $125.

Wilkens Precinct

Robbery: Two teen-age girls attacked a woman, 35, in the 2900 block of Lakebrook Circle about 5 p.m. Tuesday and robbed her of $40.
