Giant Food in Wilde Lake was robbed last month

November 13, 2003

Howard County police want to talk to two men as part of the investigation of an armed robbery of the Giant Food supermarket in Wilde Lake Village Center last month, police said.

Two men, one with a handgun, entered the store about 8 a.m., took cash and fled, said police spokeswoman Sherry Llewelyn. No one was injured.

Yesterday, investigators released photos of the two men they want to question. They are described as "persons of interest."

The men were photographed by a security camera Tuesday at the Giant supermarket in Dorsey's Search Village Center, police said.

Giant is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the robbers.
