Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Robbery/stabbing: A 35-year-old man was in serious condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was being treated for several stab wounds he suffered late Friday when several men robbed him of jewelry in the 3000 block of E. Lombard St.

Northern District

Burglary: Several pieces of gold jewelry, valued at $1,835, were stolen over the weekend from a house in the 3500 block of Greenmount Ave. Entry might have been with a key -- one of three reported lost earlier by the occupant.

Southwestern District

Robbery: A 20-year-old woman was walking in the 1200 block of Braddish Ave. about 11 a.m. Saturday when a gunman robbed her of a purse containing $100.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Robbery/arrests: A 42-year-old woman accepting a ride from two men about 1:30 a.m. Saturday was driven to a dead end in the 7500 block of Kenlea Ave., where she was assaulted and robbed of her wallet. Left at the scene was a wallet belonging to one of the assailants, police said. Arrested soon after and charged with robbery, assault and theft were Dwayne Johnson, 21, of the 6000 block of Radecke Ave., and Munpree Chona, 18, of the 5000 block of Bucknell Road.

North Point Precinct

Arson/arrest: A 19-year-old man was arrested Saturday morning and charged with arson in the burning of the front of his house in the 7500 block of Berkshire Road. While police were checking the record of the suspect, Kenneth Smith, they learned he was wanted in a break-in at a house in the 7500 block of Rabon Road on Friday in which $400 was stolen. Smith also was charged with burglary and held on $350,000 bail.
