Realtors board to swear in new board members

The Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors is scheduled to swear in its 2004 board members this week during the group's 146th annual installation of officers ceremony.

Cindy G. Ariosa of Long & Foster Real Estate will serve as the group's 2004 president. She will serve a one-year term for the 3,300-member trade association. Ariosa replaces Jan Hayden of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the group's president during the past year.

Other officers include: Henry A. Strohminger III, president-elect, who works for Long & Foster Real Estate; Katie E. Grove, vice president, who works for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage; and William L. Yerman, treasurer, who works for Fountainhead Title Group.

The event is scheduled for 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the Hunt Valley Golf Club in Hunt Valley. Tickets are $35 and available by calling 410-337-7200.

Prudential names top Sept. agents

Prudential Carruthers Realtors announced its top sales agents for September:

Eastport: Judy Dein, top listing agent; JoAnn Lavender, top sales agent; and Sue Sebeniecher as top producer. Receiving the Million-in-a-Month Award were Lavender, Steve Howison and Steve Orton.

Annapolis West: Julie Greene, top listing agent; Becky McGettigan, top sales agent; Lori Gough, top producer. Receiving the Million-in-a-Month Award as McGettigan.

Crofton: Janet Gilmour, top sales and top producer.

Harford County: Georgeanna Garceau as top sales and listings agent; Astrid Ermanis as the top producer. Receiving Million-in-a-Month Awards were Garceau and Adrianne Rhine.

Pikesville: Wasserman, Goldstein & Desser Team for top sales and listings and the top producer. The team also received Million-in-a-Month Awards.

Severna Park: Frank Taglienti, top sales agent; Margie Bellman, top listing agent; and Mary Ann Zaruba, top producer. Taglienti received the Million-in-a-Month Award.

Towson: Lois Schenck, top sales agent; Eddie Meushaw, top listing agent; Herbert Davis, top producer. Schenck also received the Million-in-a-Month Award.
