Baltimore City

Central District

Bank robbery/arrest: A suspect was arrested shortly after 9 a.m. yesterday in the 300 block of W. Pratt St. by Officer Brian Carney, moments after a holdup at Susquehanna Bank in the first block of Light St. Charged with bank robbery was Robert W. "Peppy" Plott, 49, of the 1100 block of Nanticoke St. Police said he is a suspect in another robbery there Oct. 15 and at Provident Bank in the 100 block of E. Lexington St. on Oct. 20.

Eastern District

Shooting: An 18-year-old man was shot in the right leg about 8 p.m. Sunday in the 2400 block of E. Hoffman St.

Baltimore County

Towson Precinct

Robbery: A man assaulted a female clerk at Ramada Inn in the 8700 block of Loch Raven Blvd. about 1:35 p.m. Sunday and fled with money from an office safe.

North Point Precinct

Theft: Video games and 15 DVDs were stolen Sunday from a house in the 7900 block of Lansford Road.

Woodlawn Precinct

Burglary: A television, DVD player and several DVDs and video games were stolen from a condominium in the 2800 block of Diamond Ridge Road between Oct. 17 and Sunday.
