Views sought on I-95/Route 24 interchange

The State Highway Administration will hold a hearing at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Abingdon Elementary School, 399 Singer Road, to accept public comment on proposed improvements to the Interstate 95-Route 24 interchange from just north of Route 924 to Edgewood Road in the south.

The interchange reconstruction project is budgeted at $140 million to $200 million. Project displays will be available for viewing at 5:30 p.m., with the presentation and testimony starting at 7 p.m. The project is also available under the headings "keeping current" and "projects" on the www.marylandroads.com Web site.
