Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northwestern District

Arrest: Pacino Braxton, 26, of the 2800 block of Norfolk Ave. was arrested Monday night in the 3500 block of Towanda Ave. by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a charge of attempted murder. He is accused in the Oct. 15 shooting of Dennis Lofton, 36, in the 2700 block of Keyworth Ave.

Shooting: Daryl Rowe Jr., 24, was sitting on the front steps of a house in the 3600 block of Garrison Blvd. about 9:20 p.m. Monday when an unknown male shot him in the jaw and hip. He was treated at Sinai Hospital.

Central District

Burglary: A space heater was stolen from a house under renovation in the 700 block of Newington Ave. between Friday and Monday.

Southern District

Robbery/arrest: Moments after a man was robbed of $22 in the first block of W. Henrietta St. on Monday evening, witnesses and the victim collared Davon Evans, 20, of the 2000 block of Garrison Blvd., and held him for police. He was charged with armed robbery.

Eastern District

Burglary: A 2003 Yamaha all-terrain vehicle valued at $7,000 was reported stolen over the weekend from an EZ Storage locker in the 3800 block of Pulaski Highway.

Robbery: A woman, 50, was walking in the 1700 block of Guilford Ave. about 5:20 p.m. Monday when a man known to her as "Hollywood" knocked her to the ground and stole her purse.

Southeastern District

Robbery: Police were seeking two men who robbed the Wendy's restaurant in the 6400 block of Eastern Ave. of an undisclosed sum of money at gunpoint about 10 p.m. Monday.

Theft from vehicle: A laptop computer, school books and an electronic planner - all valued at $1,265 - were stolen Monday from a Honda Prelude parked in the 700 block of Aliceanna St.

Baltimore County

North Point Precinct

Burglary: Between Sept. 19 and Monday, someone entered a house in the 8200 block of Northview Road left uninhabitable by Tropical Storm Isabel and stole computer equipment valued at $2,200.

Essex Precinct

Bank robbery: About 9:45 a.m. Monday, an apparently unarmed man verbally ordered a teller at Wachovia Bank in the 8800 block of Pulaski Highway to give him money. The man fled with an undisclosed sum.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: A DVD player and at least 250 compact discs - all valued at $4,100 - were stolen Monday from a house in the 2800 block of Northwind Road.

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed Foot Locker at Owings Mill Mall of more than $200 about 8 p.m. Monday.
