Tonight's Game

October 20, 2003

Kansas City (6-0) at Oakland (2-4)

Time: 9.

TV: Chs. 2, 7.

Line: Chiefs by 4.

Key stat: Raiders have won six of past seven vs. Chiefs.

Players to watch: RB Priest Holmes leads Chiefs in catches (27) and rushing yards (564). Raiders RB Charlie Garner is averaging 4.7 yards per carry.

The buzz: Normally, the Raiders could be expected to beat an AFC West rival in a Monday night game. But these Raiders have beaten only the Chargers and Bengals and have a severe case of post-Super Bowl-losing malaise.

Dallas (5-1) at Tampa Bay (3-3)

The Cowboys are off to their best start since 1995 and stand alone atop the NFC East. But the Buccaneers are on a win-one, lose-one pace, so they'll be due for a victory.

Cleveland (3-4) at New England (5-2)

The Browns have won the past two times they were big road underdogs, defeating San Francisco and Pittsburgh. The Patriots keep finding ways to win despite injuries and are first in the AFC East.
