Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Western District

Robbery: Police were seeking a man who robbed the FYE record shop at Mondawmin Mall of an undisclosed sum of money about 8:15 a.m. Saturday while implying he was armed with a handgun.

Southeastern District

Robbery: A man, 26, was walking in the 400 block of Drew St. about 2:15 a.m. Saturday when several men threw him to the ground and robbed him of his wallet containing an undisclosed sum of money.

Stolen vehicle: A 1993 Chrysler LeBaron with tags KSN 031 was stolen Saturday in the 5600 block of O'Donnell St.

Northeastern District

Armed carjacking: Police were seeking three men who took a 1996 Nissan Maxima with tags LXS 442 after the driver had stopped in an alley in the 4000 block of Balfern Ave. about 8:15 p.m. Friday.

Robbery: Three men forced their way into an apartment in the 5800 block of Lillyan Ave. about 2 p.m. Friday and robbed a male occupant of $300, while one of the intruders pointed the shotgun at the victim and threatened to shoot him.

Robbery: A man, 28, was walking in the 4800 block of Sinclair Lane about 9:20 p.m. Saturday when two men, one armed with a handgun, robbed him of $60.

Baltimore County

Wilkens Precinct

Robbery/arrests: Three teen-age males were arrested about 8 p.m. Saturday and charged as juveniles with robbing two men, Charles Elwood Hipp, 21, of the 400 block of Bigley Ave. and Louis S. Schmidt, 21, of the 2800 block of Louisiana Ave. of cash, cigarettes and liquor in the 2900 block of Bero Road several minutes earlier. Information from a witness led to the arrests. The suspects, ages 15, 16 and 17, were charged with robbery, assault and petty theft and released to the custody of their parents. The property was recovered.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: A quantity of cigarettes was stolen Saturday from a 7-Eleven store in the 6200 block of N. Charles St.

Cockeysville Precinct

Robbery: Two teen-age males, one with a shotgun, robbed a 7-Eleven in the 1500 block of York Road of $30 cash and $40 worth of cigarettes about 3:10 a.m. Saturday.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Using a brick to break a window and gain entry, a thief stole 20 cartons of cigarettes over the weekend at Perry Hall Liquors in the 8600 block of Belair Road. They were valued at $749.

Burglary: A 24-foot extension ladder valued at $172 was stolen over the weekend from the rear yard of a house in the 7500 block of Rossville Blvd.
