Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Central District

Bank robbery: A man robbed Susquehanna Bank in the first block of Light St. about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday after giving a teller a deposit slip on which he wrote a demand for money. After being given an undisclosed sum that included one $100 bill, he handed it back to the teller and said he wanted five $20 bills instead. She complied and the man fled.

Robbery: A woman, 49, was walking in the 400 block of McMechen St. on Wednesday evening when a man who implied he was armed with a handgun robbed her of a carrying bag containing a cellular phone, a MARC train pass, cash and other items - all valued at $450.

Eastern District

Arrest: Kjuan Lawson, 19, of no fixed address was arrested yesterday in the 3200 block of E. Fairmount Ave. by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on five counts of attempted murder. He is accused in the shooting Sept. 24 of two men in the 2900 block of E. Monument St., and the shooting of three men Monday in the 2800 block of E. Monument St.

Northwestern District

Arrest: Montell Williams, 26, of the 900 block N. Stricker St. was arrested yesterday at his home on a warrant charging him with attempted murder in the shooting Monday of Russell Thomas, 33, in the 3900 block of Fairview Ave. Police said the shooting occurred four days after Williams was released from jail on an unrelated charge.

Northern District

Robbery: Police were seeking five men who, posing as police officers on a drug raid, forced their way into a house in the 5400 block of York Road about midnight Tuesday and robbed two male occupants of $510 and a cellular phone.

Northeastern District

Robbery: Two men were working on the exterior of a house in the 1200 block of Beaumont Ave. on Tuesday afternoon when a gunman robbed them of $45.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary/arrests: Two men suspected of breaking into a house in the first block of Waldmann Mill Court on Monday and stealing a DVD player were pulled over in a car moments later and arrested. Their names were not available.

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: Police were seeking two men, one armed with a rifle, who forced their way into an apartment in the 100 block of Enchanted Hills Road on Tuesday night and robbed a 20-year-old man of a cell phone. Recovered at the scene was a pellet rifle believed used in the robbery.

Burglary: Days before the contents of a house in the 100 block of Swan Hill Court were to be auctioned, someone broke in Wednesday and stole a love seat, sofa and electric fireplace.
