Two found guilty in June 2002 shooting

October 11, 2003

Two Baltimore men were found guilty yesterday by a city jury of shooting a man eight times in East Baltimore's O'Donnell Heights neighborhood. The victim, Michael Newman, survived the attack.

Rashad Ingram, 23, of the 1400 block of Curie Way and Terrance Rosber, 21, of the 1400 block of Mosander Way were found guilty of attempted first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder and handgun violations.

The shooting occurred June 2 last year after the three men argued, prosecutors said. Newman testified at the trial that he did not know who shot him, the state's attorney's office said.
