On October 5, 2003, WILLIAM R. Employee at Bethlehem Steel at Sparrows Point from 1935 to 1978, where he was known to many as Bob. William and his late wife Muriel were founding members of the Baltimore Campers Association. Before and after retirement William was active in the Maryland Archaeological Society, the Maryland Historical Society and the Maryland Science Center. Beloved husband of the late Muriel Lynch; devoted father of Linda Crouse and Hugh, Christy Vogelsang and Greg, Martha Louise Lovejoy and Chuck, William M. Lynch and Cathy; dear brother of Esther Lynch, Ruth Porter and the late Joshua Howard Lynch, Ethel Jones, Clarence Lynch, Louise Davidson and Grace Wise; loving grandfather of Susan and Jeannie Crouse, Cindy and Beth Vogelsang, Eric McCarty, Keriann, Joshua and Katelynn Lynch; also survived many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may gather at MILLER-DIPPEL FUNERAL HOME INC., 6415 Belair Rd on Friday only, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Graveside Service will be held on Saturday 11 A.M. in the Oak Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made, in Williams name, to the Maryland Science Center Development Office, 601 Light St, Baltimore MD 21230.
