Hampstead bypass should be a toll road

Whoever had the idea to make the [Hampstead] bypass a toll road is right on the money. We have needed the bypass for years. It will only get worse as time marches on.

Most of the traffic going through Manchester and Hampstead is from Pennsylvania: work traffic. The traffic that goes through the two towns early in the morning and later in the late afternoon are not patronizing any of the small businesses. They are only using Route 30 as a means to and from work. I'm all for the toll bypass.
