Where: Starting line is M&T Bank Stadium, 1101 Russell St.

When: Saturday, with 1-mile walk starting at 8 a.m. and 5K run / walk starting at 8:45 a.m.

Why: Because seeing the sea of pink hats and shirts sported by breast cancer survivors is nothing short of inspiring. The event also raises money for breast-cancer research.
