Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Bank robbery: A man showing no weapon robbed Bank of America in the 3400 block of Eastern Ave. of an undisclosed sum of money about 2:30 p.m. Monday.

Western District

Arrest: Michael Crawford, 25, was arrested Monday near his home in the 4300 block of White Ave. by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a charge of attempted murder in the June 10 shooting of Melvin Eley, 51, in the 1000 block of N. Carrollton Ave.

Southern District

Assault: Police were seeking a man known as "Pops" who is accused of striking a 30-year-old man on the head and neck with a baseball bat Sunday in the 3500 block of Seventh St.

Northern District

Robbery: A man, 23, was walking along a road at Cylburn Arboretum in the 4900 block of Greenspring Ave. about 3 p.m. Monday when two men, one with an aluminum bat, stepped from a car and robbed him of $120 and a cellular phone.

Baltimore County

Essex Precinct

Robbery: Police were seeking a gunman who robbed Pizza Hut in the 2000 block of Eastern Blvd. of an undisclosed sum of money about 9:30 p.m. Sunday.

North Point Precinct

Burglary: A computer, wedding ring and cash - all valued at $3,400 - were stolen Monday from a house in the 3100 block of Ardee Way.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Three cameras, a camcorder and a laptop computer were stolen Monday from a townhouse in the first block of Revere Court.

Cockeysville Precinct

Arrests: Two men were arrested Monday and charged with breaking into apartments that day on St. Elmo Court and nearby St. David Court and stealing various items.
