On September 28, 2003, MILDRED RUTH "BILLIE" ELLIOTT, devoted mother of Deborah Sonier and David Elliott Jr; dear sister of Margaret Elliott and the late Sam Elliott, Gladys Via, Myrtle Brundick and Dorothy Elliott; loving grandmother of Alex Sonier and Austin Elliott; and twin granddaughters on the way. A Funeral Service will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc., 7922 Wise Ave., on Wednesday at 8 P.M. Interment private. Friends may call Wednesday 6 to 8 P.M.
