BEVERLY W. KLINE of Dundalk, MD died early Friday morning September 19, 2003 of natural causes. Along with her deceased husband, Benjamin G. Kline. Beverly was active in local social services and civic affairs. She was a founding member and later Director of The Dundalk Youth Service Center; a member and President of the Dundalk Community Counsel; a founding member of the Family Crisis Center of Baltimore County; a member of The Dundalk Human Relations Committee, the Greening of Dundalk, the Meals on Wheels Steering Committee and an advisor to the Dundalk Youth Counsel. She was a native of Dundalk and proud of her community often giving newcomers a tour of its highlights and history. Mrs. Kline and her family were active in the Dundalk Church of the Brethren for 50 years. She sang in the choir, taught Sunday School, served as a Deacon, Treasurer, and Board Chair. She was President of The Womens Followship and The Church Women United for Baltimore County. She also served on the Board and as Moderator of the Mid-Atlantic District of the Church of The Brethren. Mrs. Kline leaves behind a legacy of love and service for her community and faith. Surviving are her daughters, Bonnie Kline Smeltzer and Belinda K. Good; her sons-in-law Ken Kline Smeltzer and Philip E. Good. Beverly was the loving grandmother of Rebecca, Aaron, Adam and Jason Good, Jesse and Elizabeth Kline Smeltzer and sister of Theda Chamberlain, Betty Hall and Connie Holland.held on Sunday, September 28 at 2:30 P.M. at The Dundalk Church of the Brethren, 2660 Yorkway Dundalk, MD 21222. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Dundalk Church of the Brethran or The Dundalk Youth Service Center, C/O of the church.
