Appeals Judge Eldridge to retire in November

Judge John C. Eldridge, a longtime Court of Appeals judge, is retiring in November after nearly 30 years on Maryland's highest court.

Eldridge, 69, will be leaving when he turns 70, the mandatory retirement age for judges. A graduate of the Gilman School and Harvard University, Eldridge graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1959.
