A Carroll social service organization is soliciting bids for a comprehensive study of health conditions of the county's children and families.
The request for bids, commissioned by the Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County, will be open until Oct. 31. The organization hopes to collect statistical and anecdotal data on the health and safety of county children.
Social service organizations and government officials would use the data to determine funding priorities and bolster grant applications.
