HERBERT F. QUAIL, 86, of Evergreen, Colorado, passed away on Sunday September 8, 2003. Survived by Patricia J. (Donald) Heath & Bill (Henriellen) Quail; grandfather of three, great-grandfather of two. Also survived by his devoted companion and friend, Nonie Horning. Preceded in death by his wife, Minnie F. Quail and a brother, G. Wesley Quail. Memorial Services will be held at St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church in Rockdale, MD on a future date. Memorial Donations suggested to Mt. Evans Hospice, P.O.
