Sunday's event will showcase new collections from several East Coast designers, including Lint of Baltimore and Pore Designs of New York City.
The 9 p.m. show will also feature sets by DJs Lovegrove, K. Ravi and Fluid, drink specials and a catered "post-runway" reception.
Admission is $10, and the club will be enforcing a 21 and over policy.

`Hairspray' dance class
Learn how to dance like a Buddy Deane Show superstar Monday at the Eubie Blake Cultural Center.
Eric Anthony, a cast member from the Broadway production of Hairspray, will be teaching the Madison, the Jerk, the Watusi and other retro moves.
This event costs $10 per person, and the lessons begin around 7 p.m.

A dose of gloom-rock
Get a shot of rock Monday night when Type O Negative inoculates the 9:30 Club with songs from its newly released CD, Life is Killing Me.
It's worth the drive to Washington for this night of gloom-rock, which includes Italian metal act Lacuna Coil and fellow Brooklyn rockers Dust to Dust. But this show isn't for the thin-skinned or the faint of heart. TON is known for its off-color humor, scandalous lyrics and eardrum-crushing live sets.
There is a $20 cover charge, and doors open at 9 p.m.

A goth 'Horrowshow'
If you still haven't gotten your fill of goth-metal, then head down to the Sidebar Tavern Wednesday for Horrorshow.
The Independents, an influential goth/metal/punk/ska band from South Carolina, will perform as a guest of the club's weekly goth and deathrock event. And after the live set, resident DJs Chewka and Failure to Thrive will take the decks to spin a few dark tracks, from industrial crushers to weepy new wave tunes.
There is a $5 cover for this 18 and over show.

Arm wrestling event
Stop by Bohager's today for the first Federal Hill Arm Wrestling Championship.
Charm City's buff and burly will compete in five weight classes for a top prize of $1,000.
The 18-and-over event, which begins at 6 p.m., will also feature live music and drink specials. Tickets are $10, and proceeds will benefit a variety of charities, including local firefighter and police memorial funds.
