The Harford County Division of Emergency Operations is seeking color photographs to be included as part of its 2004 Emergency Public Information Calendar.
Photographs should be received by Oct. 31 and be in horizontal format; taken by county residents; contain scenes that are representative of Harford County; and include a description, location and photographer's name and address. Submissions must also contain a self-addressed stamped envelope for return of the photographs.
