On August 18, 2003 ELIZABETH "Betty" JANE (nee Buckingham) of Westminster, beloved mother of Thomas G. and John C. Brooks, mother-in-law of Teresa and Valerie Brooks, sister of Helen Virginia Schantz and Kenneth L. Buckingham and the late Rev. Jack G. Buckingham, Lillian Mae Kellenbarger and Melvin G. Buckingham, grandmother of Carl A. Brooks, M. Samantha Brooks and Nicholas E. Brooks. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral service from the Fletcher Funeral Home, 254 E. Main St., Westminster on Friday 11 A.M. Interment in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday and Thursday from 6 to 8 P.M.
