Men accounted for 21 percent of the 1.6 million cosmetic surgeries and 13 percent of the almost 5 million nonsurgical cosmetic procedures (like Botox injections and chemical peels) performed in the United States last year, according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

The most popular fixes were:

nose reshaping

liposuction

eyelid surgery

Fifty-four percent of patients having surgeons flatten protruding ears were male.
