A 25-year-old Fort Meade man was in critical condition yesterday at Maryland Shock Trauma Center after being beaten and kicked Wednesday night in the parking lot of Jillian's at Arundel Mills mall, Anne Arundel County police said.
Officers found Daniel Cruz Rojas of the 3300 block of Amoroso Court unconscious in a pool of blood about 11 p.m.
Richard Leon Gray, 26, of the 2900 block of Second Army Drive in Fort Meade was arrested and charged with first- and second-degree assault.
