On July 5, 2003, RUSSELL A., of Westminster; beloved husband of the late Helen R. (nee Rapp)Sechrist. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Leslie Ann Ratliff and Hugh L. Ratliff; brother of Robert E. Sechrist; grandfather of Jason T. and Bradley J. Ratliff. Predeceased by eight brothers and sisters. Friends may call at Krug Chapel at Carroll Lutheran Village, Tuesday 10 to 11 A.M., at which time services will begin. Interment Meadow Branch Cemetery.
