Tilton, George O.

On June 27, 2003, GEORGE O., beloved husband of Frances L. (nee McCracken); father of Rodney R. Tilton. Also survived by four grandchildren. Mr. Tilton was born in Athens, GA. He attended McDonogh Military Academy and he graduated from the National Radio Institute in Washington, DC. Mr. Tilton began his career with C&P Telephone and retired with more than 41 years of service. During World War II he enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Force and served with the 9th Army Air Force in Europe. Funeral service will be Tuesday at 12 P.M. at the Eline Funeral Home 11824 Reisterstown Road at Franklin Blvd. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
