Foard, of St. Petersburg, FL and Kevin M. Foard, of Atlanta, GA; great-grandmother of Victoria L. and Andrew K. Foard. The family will receive friends in the LEMMON FUNERAL HOME OF DULANEY VALLEY, INC., 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road), Timounium-Cockeysville, on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home on Monday, June 23 at 11 A.M. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
