Robinson, Bowerman, Ryan join MGH agency
MGH, an Owings Mills-based advertising and public relations agency, has hired Tia Robinson, Krista Bowerman and Kelly Ryan. Robinson, an assistant public relations strategist, is a Baltimore resident and graduate of Morgan State University. Bowerman, an account coordinator, was formerly with Corporate Communications Alliance. She graduated from Towson University. Ryan is an account executive. A graduate of Towson University, she lives in Baltimore and was formerly with GKV Communications. She is an officer of the Advertising Association of Baltimore.

Ober/Kaler names Koger associate, Hyman principal
Ober/Kaler named Gregory H. Koger an associate of its construction group and Gary M. Hyman as a principal in the business and tax department at the regional law firm's Baltimore office.
Koger, a law graduate of Catholic University of America, is a member of the Maryland and Washington bar associations. A Bethesda resident, he was formerly with McManus, Schor, Asmar & Darden. Hyman, a Baltimore resident, earned his law degree from the University of Maryland. He was formerly a partner with Denick & Hyman in Baltimore.

Bank promotes Cooper, Stambaugh, Williams
The Bank of Glen Burnie promoted Thomas Cooper to senior vice president and Michelle Stambaugh and Moses Williams to vice presidents.
Cooper is responsible for data communications infrastructure, including its Internet banking services, ATM network, telephone banking and vendor interfaces. The University of Hartford graduate lives in Baltimore.
Stambaugh is responsible for human resources functions, including recruitment and training, as well as administering the pension and profit-sharing plans. Williams manages the bank's collection and recovery department. A Glen Burnie resident, he is active in the Glen Burnie Health Association.

Hord Coplan Macht promoted Jean Vieth as an associate of the Baltimore-based architectural and landscape architectural firm. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, the Baltimore resident is assigned to several projects in the Baltimore west-side redevelopment program.
