On May 1, 2003, FRANCELLA WILHELMINA HEADLEY, beloved mother of Mineta Headley, and Gloria Samuels. She is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation on Thursday, May 8, from 1-7 P.M. at THE DERRICK C. JONES FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 4611 Park Heights Ave., on Friday Mrs. Headley will lie in-state at Rehoboth Church of God Apostolic, 700 Poplar Grove St. at 5:30 P.M. Family will receive friends at 6:30 P.M. with Funeral Service at 7 P.M.
