Elizabeth K. Raduano, 69, teachers' aide

Elizabeth K. Raduano, a former teachers' aide who was active in the Eastern Assembly of God, died of cancer Sunday at her Dundalk home. She was 69.

Elizabeth Hooper was born in Biddeford, Maine, and raised in Portland, where she graduated from high school.

After attending the New England Bible Institute, she worked in the bookkeeping department of a Portland insurance company for several years before marrying the Rev. George Raduano in 1955.

After pastoring a church in Brunswick, Maine, for five years, the couple settled in Dundalk in 1960, after Mr. Raduano was appointed pastor of the Eastern Assembly of God. He retired this year.

At the church, Mrs. Raduano was secretary, Bible teacher and organist.

During the 1980s, Mrs. Raduano was a teachers' aide at Charlesmont Elementary School in Dundalk.

Mrs. Raduano enjoyed reading and sewing.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow at Trinity Assembly of God, 2122 W. Joppa Road in Lutherville, where her son the Rev. George W. Raduano is pastor.

In addition to her husband and son, Mrs. Raduano is survived by another son, David Raduano of Dundalk; her mother, Diantha Preble of Gorham, Maine; a sister, Alice Small of Portland, Maine; and a grandson.
