Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. at HARRY H. WITZKE FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City. A Service will be held at St. John's Episcopal Church on Thursday at 1 P.M. Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery. Donations may be made in Dorothy's name to The American Heart Association.
