On April 19, 2003, DOROTHY V. "Ginny" (nee Carder) WINTER of Darlington, beloved wife of Donald E. Winter, Sr.; loving mother of Kimberly A. Shilow and Donald E. Winter, Jr.; dear sister of Bryce E. Carder and Regina Carder Evans. Also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Family will receive friends at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel-Bel Air, 3 Newport Dr. (Rts. 23 & 24-Forest Hill) on Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday 11am at the Darlington United Methodist Church. Memorial donations may be made in Ginny's name to the Darlington United Methodist Church, 2117 Shuresville Rd., Darlington, MD 21034.
