Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Western District

Arrest: Montez Jordon, 20, of the 2800 block of Elgin Ave., charged in a warrant with attempted murder in the shooting of another man April 3 in the 2300 block of Winchester St., was arrested Tuesday at his lawyer's office in the 200 block of E. Lexington St. by the Warrant Apprehension Task Force.

Southern District

Burglary: A bank credit card, two TVs, stereo equipment, a radio and a set of keys - all valued at $1,350 - were stolen from a house in the 800 block of S. Sharp St. on Tuesday night. Later that night, police believe the burglar returned and stole the resident's red, two-door 1997 Acura with tags EMG 359.

Eastern District

Burglary: Liquor and 600 compact discs - all valued at $1,100 - were stolen Tuesday from Universal Social Club in the 2200 block of McElderry St.

Baltimore County

Essex Precinct

Robbery try: A gunman forced his way into a house in the first block of Hydroplane Drive in Middle River on Tuesday and tried to rob three male occupants, but fled when one of them threatened to shoot him with a shotgun.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Stereo equipment was stolen early Tuesday from Pep Boys in the 1700 block of E. Joppa Road.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: Two men were being sought in the armed robbery of a Shell station Monday in the 5900 block Baltimore National Pike.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Cigarettes, liquor and several disposable lighters were stolen early Tuesday from Nikki's Discount Liquors in the 7500 block of Belair Road.
