Milton Peck, 85, delivery manager

Milton Peck, a retired lumberyard delivery manager, died of pneumonia Sunday at Union Memorial Hospital. The Roland Park resident was 85.

Born in Baltimore and raised on East Baltimore Street, he was a 1935 graduate of City College.

He retired about 20 years ago as delivery manager for Western Mill and Lumber in Pikesville, where he worked for more than three decades.

Mr. Peck played golf at public courses weekly.

Services were held Tuesday in Pikesville.

Survivors include his wife of 64 years, the former Eve Silbert; a sister, Norma Miller of Baltimore; and many nieces and nephews. A son, Howard Peck, died in 1991.
