Developers to meet with members of communities

Developers planning subdivisions in eastern Howard County or projects that require conditional-use permission must meet with neighbors before submitting plans to the county. The next meetings are:

Tuesday at 5 p.m. at Mildenberg, Boender & Associates Inc., 5072 Dorsey Hall Drive, Suite 202, Ellicott City, about a proposal for two units on 0.8 acres on the Wehland property, 6598 Amberman Ave.

Tuesday at 5 p.m. at Security Development LLC, 8480 Baltimore National Pike, Suite 415, Ellicott City, about a proposal for nine units on 5.61 acres on the Hawes property, 3850 View Top Road.

Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Bethel Korean Presbyterian Church, 3165 St. Johns Lane, about a conditional-use request on site.
