Mark Joseph Adrian Sr., a sales executive in medical imaging products, died of a heart attack Saturday at his home in Longwood, Fla. The former Howard County resident was 50.
Born in Newport, R.I., he was raised in various states and earned a business and marketing degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1974.
He moved to Highland in Howard County in 1982 and was an owner of S&W X-Ray Products in Laurel. He enjoyed boating and was active in Boy Scouts.
In 1993, he moved to Florida, where he was general manager and a vice president of Diagnostic Imaging Inc.
Services will be held at 6:30 p.m. today at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Lake Mary, Fla., where he was a member.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, the former Marla Maddox; two sons, Mark Joseph Adrian Jr. and Michael LeVan Adrian, both of Longwood; his parents, Rodger and Trudy Adrian of Lake Mary; and two brothers, Scott Adrian of Freemont, Mich., and Todd Adrian of Annandale, Va.
