Developers to meet with communities

Developers planning subdivisions in eastern Howard County or projects that require conditional-use permission must meet with neighbors before submitting plans to the county. The next meetings are:

Today at 5 p.m. at Benchmark Engineering Inc., 8480 Baltimore National Pike, Suite 418, Ellicott City, about a proposal for 37 units on 23.74 acres at Friendly Farms on Taylor Farm Road.

Tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. at Land Design & Development, 8000 Main St., Ellicott City, about a proposal for three units on 1.9 acres on the Sullivan property, 8204 Tyson Road.

Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at Hawthorn Center, 6175 Sunny Spring, Columbia, about a proposal for 54 units on 6.842 acres on 6436 Cedar Lane.

Friday at 5 p.m. at 5825 Rockburn Woods Way, Elkridge, about nine units proposed for 5.164 acres on the Richmond property, 5686 Trotter Road.
