Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southwestern District

Shooting: Robert Fowlke, 27, remained in critical condition yesterday at Maryland Shock Trauma Center after being shot three times by a man he had been talking with Sunday night on a parking lot in the 200 block of Atholgate Lane. Wounded once in an arm and twice in the abdomen, Fowlke drove himself to the 4700 block of Frederick Ave., where he called police. Detectives have not been able to talk to Fowlke and knew of no motive for the shooting.

Western District

Arrest: James Parker, 28, of the 3000 block of Littleton Road was arrested Friday at his home by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a warrant charging him with attempted murder in the shooting July 27 of Tameka Lee, 23, in the 1500 block of N. Carey St.

Central District

Theft from vehicle: A backpack containing several videos and other property was stolen Sunday from a 2003 Ford parked in the 600 block of Key Highway.

Robbery: A man, 19, was walking in the first block of N. Calvert St. about 4:30 p.m. Sunday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of $25 and a cellular phone valued at $125.

Eastern District

Stabbing: Police were seeking a cross-eyed man in the stabbing Sunday night of a man in the 900 block of N. Wolfe St. The victim, who had a chest wound, was listed in good condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Northeastern District

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a man, 23, of $180 and a pager about 1 a.m. Sunday in the 3800 block of Loch Raven Blvd.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Robbery: Police were seeking three men, one with a handgun, who robbed a deliveryman for Mickey's Pizza of $150 and food valued at $30 in the 5000 block of Arnhem Road about 10:30 p.m. Saturday.

North Point Precinct

Arson: Someone set fire to a 1989 Bayliner boat parked next to a house in the 7400 block of Manchester Road on Sunday afternoon. Damage was estimated at $3,200.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: A couple was seated in a car parked outside a store in the 5600 block of Baltimore National Pike about 7 p.m. Sunday when a man armed with a knife robbed the woman of $20.
